Emergency Services

Community Action Partnership of Natrona County (CAPNC) provides emergency services by addressing immediate needs and removing barriers to long-term stability. Emergency Services are provided on a walk-in and referral basis. Emergency Services can also assist with limited transportation, clothing vouchers, referrals, etc. Emergency Services may require an intake and interview process that may find that the household could benefit by receiving case management.

Case Management

We offer various supportive services that support an individual or family’s progress toward financial stability and self-sufficiency. These services include vocational support, budgeting, personalized support plans, SOAR (Social Security Outreach, Access & Recovery) and many others.

Outreach

Outreach is one of the services provided by CAPNC, which operates at three different levels. First, we provide direct services and referrals to individuals while building trust and connections. Second, we work with local community partners to address the needs of the community members and their families. Third, we share information and raise awareness about programs, resources, and services in Natrona County.
