CAPNC also provides permanent supportive housing. The community supports this program, and availability is based on the current case-managed households. Please contact CAPNC for additional information.

For homeless support, CAPNC identifies and engages with individuals and families who are in need of housing or at risk of homelessness with the primary goal of linking individuals and families to appropriate services. Resources may include finding shelter, help identifying housing options, basic-needs services, case management, and more.

CAPNC also serves as the primary point-of-entry for the Coordinated Entry System in Natrona County. Anyone experiencing homelessness, or at imminent risk of homelessness, is encouraged to apply.

Transportation support is designed to remove transportation barriers that often prevent individuals or families from being self-sufficient.

We assist with transportation needs such as local bus passes, or in some cases, a gas voucher. Assistance provided is based on household qualifications and funding availability.

By identifying the resources available in the community and establishing relationships   with community partners, CAPNC helps clients access the appropriate resources to improve their situation, such as transportation, housing, food assistance, employment services, and more.
